PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fulfill the number of transfer of noodles to a following process in unit of time and send out the noodles by directing downward an upper part with a dense and strong structure to the following process even if the noodles have coarse and fragile structure of noodle strings at a lower part.SOLUTION: A noodle transfer device includes: a heat treatment conveyor 10 for sending out noodles 1 while being received in a basket 13 from a fryer; and a transfer conveyor 40 for receiving the noodles 1 supplied from the basket 13 and sending out them to the following process. The transfer conveyor 40 is a hanging type with a pallet 6 hung to an endless chain 44. The transfer conveyor 40 is disposed of a diverting mechanism 70 tilting forward the pallet 6 during movement and diverting the mounting surface in a moving direction, and noodle rails 90 supporting the noodles 1 slipped out from the mounting surface and slipping the noodles along the moving direction of the pallet 6, and thereby the noodles 1 are pushed out by the pallet 6. |
