摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optic device having an optical resonant structure that can decrease a leakage current generated between pixels and can extract light of a resonant wavelength for each pixel with high accuracy, and a method for manufacturing an electro-optic device and electronic equipment including the electro-optic device.SOLUTION: An organic EL device 100 as an electro-optic device has light-emitting pixels 20B, 20G, 20R formed on a material 10s of a device substrate 10. The light-emitting pixels 20B, 20G, 20R include an optical resonant structure which shares a power supply line 14 as a reflection layer, a functional layer 32 including a light-emitting layer, and a counter electrode 33, and in which a thickness of an insulating layer between the power supply line 14 and the pixel electrodes 31B, 31G, 31R varies. A recessed portion 28a as a step structure is formed by etching the insulating layer between adjoining pixel electrodes 31B, 31G, 31R.
