Provided is a vacuum evaporation type desalination system capable of easily maintaining a heater. A vacuum evaporation type desalination system (1) includes a heater (2); a condenser (3) detachably supporting the heater (2) while the heater (2) is hung from the condenser (3); a stand (10) attached to the condenser (3), and having a plurality of leg portions (11) supporting the condenser (3) and the heater (2) formed on a floor surface; and a carrier (8) interposed between at least one leg portion (11) and the heater (2), and carrying the heater (2) inside or outside the stand (10) from among the leg portions (11) while supporting the heater (2). The carrier (8) is formed of a hinge tool rotating and moving the heater (2) with respect to the leg portions (11) around a rotary shaft (80) attached on the leg portions (11). A fixing member (82) attached on an outer circumferential surface of the heater (2) to enable the heater (2) to vertically be displaced is vertically fixed to be slidable with respect to a support member (81) attached on the rotary shaft (80).
