The present invention relates to a midsole and an insole, which is divided into four parts having different hardness. A first part absorbs an impact during landing, a second part prevents twist of the foot and prevents the foot from being sprained or hurt, a third part balances entire shoes while walking, and a fourth part increases mobility by the rebound elasticity.
