PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a heat insulation member which achieves excellent heat insulation performance even when a heat insulation layer made of a foam has the same thickness as a conventional heat insulation layer and maintains sufficient heat insulation performance even if a thickness of the heat insulation layer made of the foam is reduced.SOLUTION: In a heat insulation member 1, at least a heat transfer material layer 4, a void layer 3 including an air layer 5 and a structure 6 for maintaining the air layer 5, and a heat insulation layer 2 made of a foam are laminated in the written order. The structure 6 is provided so as to communicate in a thickness direction or a plane direction.
