PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant switching valve with improved switching performance of refrigerant, and equipment with the same. ! SOLUTION: The refrigerant switching valve includes: a valve element 80; cases 66, 67a; a valve seat 67b on one-side ends of the cases; an inflow pipe connection part A which is opened inside the cases and to which an inflow pipe 68 is connected; and communication pipe connection parts B, C, D one-side ends of which are opened inside, to which communication pipes 69b, 69c, 69d are connected, and which are opened/closed by turning of the valve element 80.
