PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnosis support device, a diagnosis support method and a diagnosis support program that realize shortening of time required from generation of a schema based on an examination result to recording completion of the examination result.SOLUTION: A diagnosis support device 1 relating to the invention comprises a storage unit 36 for storing multiple different schemas consisting of graphics showing body sites, and uses the schemas to support a diagnosis. The diagnosis support device 1 includes: an acquisition unit 32 for acquiring examination results at the time of executing multiple examinations to an examination subject; a schema narrowing unit 33 for gradually narrowing the schemas down to a schema of a body site relating to a disease predicted from the already-acquired examination result, with the progress of the examinations; and a display unit 34 for displaying the schema narrowed down by the schema narrowing unit 33.
