PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive thermoplastic resin composition capable of securing excellent impact resistance while securing excellent heat deformation resistance, and to provide a cable using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a conductive thermoplastic resin composition which comprises a polyvinyl chloride resin, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and a carbon material, wherein the carbon material has a specific surface area of 600 m/g or more, the specific surface area of the conductive thermoplastic resin composition per unit mass is 120 m/g or more, the polyvinyl chloride resin has an average degree of polymerization of 900 to 5000, the content of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer in the conductive thermoplastic resin composition is 11 to 41 mass% and the content of a vinyl acetate unit in the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is 20 to 45 mass%. |
