A leveling method of a floating marine runway comprised of an upper plate functioning as a runway, a plurality of pillars to support the upper plate, and a lower plate extended in a longitudinal direction of the upper plate receiving a load which is provided to the pillars from the upper plate, includes: a fixed means of the floating marine runway; an extension iron wire which is installed between the pillars and the sea floor and settles down the floating marine runway with the tensile force in the sea; and a plurality of load cells attached to the pillars and calculating the buoyancy acting on the floating marine runway; and an air tank installed at the pillars.
