<p>An objective of the present invention is to completely discharge surface-treating solution accommodated in a body to be surface-treated when withdrawing a surface-treating jig. A carrier for a wet surface treating line includes: a transfer bogie reciprocating in a longitudinal direction of a transfer rail installed in an upper portion of a surface-treating tank; a lifting guide installed in a bottom surface of a front portion of the transfer bogie; and a jig carrier installed in the lifting guide to accommodate the surface-treating jig maintaining the body to be surface-treated in the surface-treating tank, and to withdraw the surface-treating jig wherein the jig carrier includes a carrier body having a carrier roll mounted in order to be connected to a carrier rail formed in the longitudinal direction behind the lifting guide to be glided; a chain fixating one end to the front portion of the carrier body to be connected to a driving chain gear forwardly and reversely rotating by receiving power of a driving means, and having the other end connected to a weight having a weight roller connected to a weight rail formed behind the lifting guide by passing a guide chain gear installed in the transfer bogie to be glided and mounted in order to maintain weight balance when lifting the jig carrier; a jig support installed in an end portion of a bridge protruding downward from both sides of a rear portion of the carrier body to lock and support the surface-treating jig; and a discharge rail formed on the upper portion of the carrier rail to be inclined upward toward the front direction while being extended from the carrier rail to have the carrier roller entered to tilt the entire carrier body towards the front to make the inlet of the body to be surface-treated to be inclined downwards in order to discharge the surface-treating solution inside the body to be surface-treated.</p> |
