<p>Disclosed is an apparatus for cooling the cooling water discharged from a power plant. The cooling apparatus includes a first heat exchanging unit, of which at least a part is immersed in seat water, for receiving the cooling water discharged from the power plant to heat-exchange the cooling water and the sea water; and a second heat exchanging unit exposed in the air, and receiving the cooling water discharged from the power plant to heat-exchange the cooling water and the air. The amount of the cooling water flowing in the second heat exchanger is controlled by the temperature of the cooling water discharged from the power plant and the temperature of the air around the second heat exchanger.</p> |
