PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission case that allows a detachable mid PTO transmission system. ! SOLUTION: A transmission case 200 houses a power transmission mechanism 100 for transmitting a drive power from an engine 13 as a power to drive front wheels 11, rear wheels 12, and a work machine. The transmission case 200 comprises a first case 210, a second case 220, and a third case 230, which are continuously connected. In the first case 210, a forward/reverse travel clutch 110 for switching between a forward drive and a reverse drive and a PTO clutch 141 provided in a PTO shaft 142 for turning on/off a power to drive the work machine are arranged. In the second case 220, a main shift clutch 120 and a sub shift clutch 130 for gear change are arranged. In the third case 230, a window 231 is formed, and a mid PTO transmission system 143 is detachably configured for taking out a drive power via the window 231 from the middle of the PTO shaft 142. !
