PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a lightweight cellular concrete panel which achieves excellent appearance quality by preventing a bubble accumulating part generated by a bubble generating agent from being exposed to a panel surface in a process until raw material slurry injected into a mold is brought into a semi-cured state. ! SOLUTION: After raw material slurry prepared by using a siliceous raw material and a calcareous raw material as main raw materials and adding water and a bubble generating agent to them is injected into a mold arranged with reinforcing steel bars beforehand, the mold, into which the raw material slurry has been injected, is left at rest from the elapse of 20 min to the elapse of 60 min. Subsequently, the raw material slurry cured into a semi-cured state is cut into a predetermined size by a piano wire to be molded, and then high-temperature and high-pressure steam curing is performed by an autoclave to produce a lightweight cellular concrete panel. !
