PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method for treating a powdery fire-extinction chemical-treatment substance, which has been conventionally treated as an industrial waste or into a fertilizer or the like by an inefficient method, efficiently into an easily recycled shape. ! SOLUTION: A method for producing a powdery fire-extinction chemical-treatment substance from a powdery fire-extinction agent, characterized by comprising: a heating step of heating and treating the powdery fire-extinction chemical-treatment substance at 160 to 250°C; and a post-processing step of subjecting the powdery fire-extinction chemical-treatment substance after said heating step, to a post treatment of at least one step selected from pulverization, blending and compression. !
