A traction member 11 is disposed in the support frame 2 so as to allow the movement in a lateral direction of the support frame 2, one end of one action part 7a is connected to the support frame 2, a fitting hole 7c is disposed at one end of the one action part 7a, and a rotating member 8 is rotatably disposed to the fitting hole 7c.
