The present invention relates to a sheet for a bioplastic film heater and a method thereof. According to the present invention, it can be used as an alternative to fossil fuel by using inedible farm products and waste products having superior recyclability. Also, it can reduce costs when produces having low costs are replaced with existing products. Moreover, a film heater based on conductive bioplastic can be easily manufactured by a single process. |
