PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding jig capable of removing almost of compact components without remaining even when an elastic member of the holding jig is not subjected to surface treatment.SOLUTION: A holding jig 1 includes an elastic member 6 through which a plurality of holding pores 15 for holding compact components are formed to be penetrated. The elastic member 6 satisfies the following surface characteristics (I) and (II): (I) a ten point average roughness Rz is 7-20 μm; and (II) an average spacing S between local peaks is 7.6-8.5 μm. |
