<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise temperature of a desired portion of a battery for a vehicle without giving thermal influence on neighboring apparatuses.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic wave having the same oscillation frequency as characteristic frequency of an electrolytic solution is transmitted to a battery cell 5 via an ultrasonic generator 11, an amplifier 12, and a horn 14, the electrolytic solution of the battery cell 5 is self-oscillated to raise temperature, only temperature of the electrolytic solution is raised without giving temperature rise influence on neighboring apparatuses not required in temperature rise, and the temperature of the battery for a vehicle is raised to a predetermined service temperature range.</p> |
