PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device for an annular concentrically twisted cord having the high winding accuracy of a side wire around an annular core.SOLUTION: A manufacturing device for an annular concentrically twisted cord includes: a core rotation mechanism 10 for rotating an annular core 1 in a circumferential direction; a first cassette moving mechanism 20 for moving a cassette 50 to the outside and inside of a ring of the annular core 1; and a second cassette moving mechanism 30 for moving the cassette 50 from one side to the other side of a rotation shaft of the annular core 1 on the inside of the ring of the annular core, and moving the cassette 50 from the other side to the one side of the rotation shaft of the annular core 1 on the outside of the annular core 1. The cassette 50 is equipped with a case 52 storing a reel 51 and provided with a cover 62 for covering an outer peripheral side of a side wire 2 wound around the reel 51, and a guide block 53 provided on an outer periphery of the case 52. The cover 52 has a slit 54, and an opening area s1 on the annular core 1 side of the guide portion 53a of the guide block 53 is smaller than an opening area s2 of a slit 54.
