PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an influence in detachment of a side bag and a supporter therefor in a saddle-riding type vehicle that enables attachment/detachment of the side bag.SOLUTION: A lateral wall part 38b is elongated to a position below an undersurface part 33c of a rear side cover 33 toward a vehicle-width-direction inside from a vertical wall part 38a fixed to a vehicle-width-direction inside part of a side bag 35. A side bag supporter (side bag bracket 38) for fixing the lateral wall part 38b to an undersurface-side side bag support part (fastening bracket 15a) of a seat frame from below is provided.
