PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stroboscopic device and trigger terminal that make the assembling work of the stroboscopic device efficient and can certainly, electrically connect a reflector to a substrate even when a coating is formed on the surface of the reflector. ! SOLUTION: The stroboscopic device 1 includes a trigger terminal 4 of a leaf spring shape instead of a lead wire 9, and the trigger terminal 4 has a linear contact edge 4a2 that comes into contact with the reflector 3. Thus, the work of winding the lead wire 9 on a reflector 11 is not required, and the reflector 3 is certainly, electrically connected to the substrate by bringing the reflector 3 into contact with the linear contact edge 4a2. !
