摘要 Provided is a broadband visible light absorbing nanostructure using Plasmon, capable of effectively absorbing light in entire region of visible light. The nanostructure comprises a substrate, a first metal layer positioned on the substrate, and a unit structure positioned on the first metal layer, wherein the unit structure includes a first dielectric layer positioned on the first metal layer, a second metal layer positioned on the first dielectric layer, a second dielectric layer positioned on the second metal layer, a third metal layer positioned on the second dielectric layer, a third dielectric layer positioned on the third metal layer, and a fourth metal layer positioned on the third dielectric layer, wherein the first, second, and third dielectric layers have different thicknesses.
