The present invention relates to a method for producing a cosmetic composition containing a natural composite and Phellinus linteus having a skin antioxidant effect. The method comprises the steps of: mixing 5-7 parts by weight of a liquid fermented from a bud of aralia elater, 3-9 parts by weight of a pine needle mixed and fermented liquid, and 50-70 parts by weight of refined water to be agitated and heated at 50-63°C for 80-130 minutes; and further adding 30-35 parts by weight of refined water and 15-17 parts by weight of a Phellinus linteus mixed and extracted liquid, agitating the same for 100-150 minutes, and filtering the same. By using a natural ingredient and Phellinus linteus having medicinal components, an antioxidant effect can be realized. |
