PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid control device which can mix fluid extremely efficiently, and has high processing capacity and high pressure resistance.SOLUTION: A fluid control device comprises a substrate which incorporates: a single mixture space; a plurality of guide spaces constituting a trench structure; and a plurality of inflow spaces. When viewed from the mixture space, one aperture part of the guide space is constituted of apertures of a plurality of pores arranged so as to be connected to the substantially rectangular trench structures respectively, and both long sides of one trench structure of guide spaces having an adjacent positional relationship are arranged spaced apart in parallel at a prescribed interval, and each of the apertures of the pores in the other trench structure, in an adjacent position, that correspond to the apertures of the pores in the one trench structure, are communicating with different inflow spaces. |
