PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing particles having small diameters and consisting of a metal oxide or precursor of the same.SOLUTION: The provided method for manufacturing particles consisting of the oxide of tin and/or the oxide of indium or precursor of the same includes a first step of introducing an alkali solution into a first flow channel, a second step of introducing, into a second flow channel, a metal salt solution into which a tin salt and/or indium salt has been dissolved, a mixing step of obtaining a liquid mixture exceeding 100°C by merging, within a merging portion, the alkali solution streaming through the first flow channel and the metal salt solution streaming through the second flow channel, and a reaction step of forming particles by reacting, within the merging portion and a reaction flow channel positioned on the downstream side thereof, the alkali solution and metal salt solution. |
