PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish in a structure as simple as possible for further reducing the burden on an occupant's neck and for adequately suppressing the occurrence of whiplash, when the occupant's body is moved up and down at the time of rear collision occurred.SOLUTION: A headrest 16 includes a rear pad 26B which is connected to a seat back, a front pad 26A which is placed on an occupant'side, and a bag-shaped headrest cover 28. While the front pad 26A is arranged movably upward and downward to the rear pad 26B, the stile part 28C at the headrest cover 28 is formed with an elastic deformable skin material. |
