PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which graphically displays histories or the like of print jobs to allow intuitive recognition of the state of any of executed print jobs, print jobs being executed, and waiting print jobs.SOLUTION: Among print jobs, finished print jobs are displayed on the left of a present time, and print jobs being executes are displayed across the present time, and waiting print jobs are displayed on the right of the present time, and they are displayed as rectangles 28 respectively. The start times and end times of the finished print jobs are indicated, and the predicted start times and end times of the waiting print jobs are indicated in accordance with their attributes. Printing efficiency of each of the finished print jobs is calculated and is shown by a color or height of the rectangle. |
