PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording apparatus capable of suppressing clog in a flow channel of a discharge head.SOLUTION: An inkjet recording apparatus has a discharge head for discharging a droplet of an ink by heat. The ink includes a pigment and a solvent. In an evaluation simulating Ross-Miles Method, the height of air bubbles in the ink after 30 seconds is 5 mm or less. The pigment with volume average particle diameter of 2 μm or more is 3000 pieces/ml or less.
