<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing member that can form high-quality images with improved glossiness achieved by high followability to the concavity and convexity of paper fibers and form high-quality images with reduced offset abnormal images achieved by a reduction in residual fused toner attached to a fixing roller, and thereby fixing unfixed images on sheets to the sheets stably for a long period with high image quality.SOLUTION: There is provided a roller-shape or seamless belt-shape fixing member used to fix toner including at least an elastic layer and a release layer, where the release layer is a particle layer having fine particles arranged in the surface direction; the fine particles has a concave-convex part on the surface, and the depth of the concave part is one-hundredth or more of the radius of the fine particles.</p> |
