PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power measurement device, a determination method, and a program which enable electric energy to be measured and enabling the fact to be determined that a current detection element is disposed in an electric power line in a wrong direction, even when equipment to which electric power is supplied, and also equipment for supplying the electric power are connected to the electric power line.SOLUTION: An electric power measurement unit 13 uses a current measured by a current measurement unit 12 and a voltage measured by a voltage measurement unit 11 to measure the electric energy supplied to equipment or the electric energy supplied from the equipment, for each current transformer CT. A sign storage unit stores, for each of the current transformer CT, information on whether the sign of the electric energy measured by the electric power measurement unit when the current transformer CT is disposed on an electric power line in the correct direction is positive or negative. A determination unit determines, if the sign stored in the sign storage unit differs from the sign of the electric energy measured by the electric power measurement unit 13, that the current transformer CT and the electric power line are disposed in a wrong direction. |
