PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inexpensive power supply device and power supply system capable of preventing a battery from being charged while mounting a foreign matter on the upper surface of a power supply side coil unit.SOLUTION: A power supply side coil unit 22 supplies power, in non-contact, to a power receiving side coil unit mounted on a vehicle. The power supply side coil unit 22 is provided movably, by means of a hollow rail 25, between a standby position in a housing box B1 arranged when power is not supplied, and a power supply position arranged when power is supplied. A brush 27 provided on the path of movement of the power supply side coil unit 22, between the standby position and power supply position, sweeps the upper surface of the power supply side coil unit 22, thus removing a foreign matter. |
