PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily observe dynamic change of two-liquid reaction or the like by using a flow cell including a micro flow channel.SOLUTION: A second flow channel 105 has a pipe diameter in which with respect to liquid with an inner wall as a target, a contact angle smaller than 90° is formed and capillary force acts. Also, one end of the second flow channel 105 is connected to a first flow channel 102 between a first introduction part 103 and a discharge part 104. An opening part is formed in the side part in the middle of the first flow channel 102 by a flow channel connection surface 151 of the one end of the second flow channel 105. Additionally, the second flow channel 105 has a flow channel height from a substrate 101 lower than that of the first flow channel 102. |
