PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reception device and the like capable of performing appropriate automatic channel selection in simple configuration.SOLUTION: A field strength detection part 106 detects a field strength of an IF signal on which amplification or the like has been performed in an IF part 105. An offset detection part 107 detects a differential between a center frequency and a carrier frequency of a broadcast station. A control part 108 controls a local oscillator 104 and successively changes a frequency at an interval of 9 kHz. When a radio wave of which the field strength value detected by the field strength detection part 106 exceeds a reference value and which is strong to a certain extent is received, the control part 108 controls the local oscillator 104 for +3 kHz or -3 kHz shift from a present frequency, for example. From an offset value detected by the offset detection part 107 in such a state, the control part 108 discriminates whether the received radio wave is a radio wave of a broadcast station or a noise radio wave. |
