PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal printer and an issuance history data printing method in the thermal printer, capable of printing issuance history data without replacing loaded printing paper, and without requiring to prepare, store, and manage the printing paper exclusive to history issuance.SOLUTION: A thermal head can print the issuance history data so as to be capable of visually confirm a character and a figure of the size per one digit arithmetically operated from the digit number of the character and the figure in a width of the printing paper and single line information on the issuance history data, and can divisibly print and issue the respective single line information on the issuance history data on the printing paper in two stages, when the total data dot number T exceeds the paper dot number Y, by comparing the total data dot number T in the single line information on the issuance history data based on printing data by the thermal printer with the paper dot number Y in the width direction of the printing paper. |
