<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic layer deposition apparatus, a method of manufacturing an organic light-emitting display device using the same and an organic light-emitting display device manufactured by the same.SOLUTION: An organic layer deposition apparatus which is further suitable for a mass-production process of a large-sized substrate, and capable of high definition pattering, can be controlled by measuring a gap between a patterning slit sheet and a substrate in movement. A method of manufacturing an organic light-emitting display device using the organic layer deposition apparatus is provided and the organic light-emitting display device manufactured by such a method is provided.</p> |
