QOE EVALUATION DEVICE, QOE EVALUATION METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for identifying individual processing which is to be a QoE fluctuation factor in a series of processing processes in an information communication service.SOLUTION: A QoE evaluation device is configured to: identify a processing sequence executed for providing an information communication service to be an evaluation target; acquire total response time measured on the processing sequence, processing-specific response time measured for each individual processing configuring the processing sequence, and packet transfer delay time of the processing sequence; acquire an overall QoE evaluation value of a processing sequence executed according to packet transfer delay time stipulated in a QoE evaluation condition of the information communication service with regards to the total response time, and a processing specific QoE evaluation value with regards to the processing-specific response time; and determine magnitude of influence of the processing specific QoE evaluation value on the overall QoE evaluation value.
