<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow register data in a past long period to be referred to or recovered, in respect to register data including component data written in a register of a PLC.SOLUTION: A register data recovery system 1 includes a PLC 10 capable of controlling a control unit 41 on a line and a computer 20 connected to the PLC 10. Each time register data stored in a data register 12 is changed, the computer 20 generates and stores difference information 23 based on a difference between a register data value before the change and that after the change. When an operation of recovering register data is performed, the computer 20 recovers the register data value. Further, the computer 20 displays the recovered register data value. In addition, the computer 20 compresses the difference between the register data value before the change and that after the change in accordance with a prescribed procedure according to work characteristics on the line and associates a time stamp with the difference to generate the difference information.</p> |
