The present invention relates to a dinuclear metallocene compound with a new structure which can manufacture polyolefin having high molecular weight and to a method for preparing the same. The dinuclear metallocene compound according to the present invention is a dinuclear metallocene compound with a new structure, and, unlike a single-site catalyst, can provide a multi-site catalyst with high activity by having high accessibility to a substrate.
