<p>A 6-degrees of freedom correcting method of three-dimensional measurement data includes: a process for obtaining three-dimensional measurement data measured by a shape measurement apparatus; a first calibration process for calibrating vertical straightness, rotation error (Roll) for an X-axis, and rotation error (Pitch) for a Y-axis of the three-dimensional measurement data; a second calibration process for calibrating rotation error (Yaw) for a Z-axis of the three-dimensional measurement data; and a third calibrating process for calibrating linear positioning and horizontal straightness of the three-dimensional measurement data.</p> |
