The present invention relates to an apparatus for screening foreign materials contained in waste aggregate generated from a disused building, which comprises a first transfer conveyor, a vibrating screen, a transfer chute, a wind-blowing unit placed at the transfer chute, a side wind-blowing unit, and a second transfer conveyor; rapidly, easily and effectively screens foreign materials contained crushed waste aggregate generated from a disused building and selects high-quality waste aggregate; greatly reduces initial investment costs and maintenance costs by producing high-quality recycled aggregate; and improves the reliability of a facility for regenerating waste. The apparatus for screening foreign materials contained in waste aggregate generated from a disused building comprises the first transfer conveyor (10) for receiving and transferring crushed waste aggregate (A) generated from a disused building; the vibrating screen (20) installed below the first transfer conveyor (10), receiving the waste aggregate (A) on an upper surface thereof from the first transfer conveyor (10), and spreading the waste aggregate on the upper surface by vibrating the upper surface with a vibrating tool (E) installed below; the transfer chute (30) installed below the vibrating screen (20) and receiving the waste aggregate (A) from the vibrating screen (20); the wind-blowing unit (40) installed behind the vibrating screen (20) and before the transfer chute (30) and removing foreign materials on the transfer chute (20) contained in the waste aggregate by blowing air to the upper surface of the transfer chute (20); and a second transfer conveyor (50) installed below the transfer chute (20) and receiving the screened waste aggregate (A) having foreign materials removed on the transfer chute (30).
