PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form even a large-sized transparent resin structure having a total length of 10 meters or more by improving the prior art.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a large-sized transparent resin structure comprises: the first step of combining a male die Q formed to be slightly smaller than a female die opening with the opening G of a female die R and constituting a product molding die P having a molding space U between the female die and the male die; the second step of casting an acrylic resin 2 into the molding space and waiting the solidification of the acrylic resin: the third step of forming a transparent resin body 3 by the solidified acrylic resin, the transparent resin body standing a side wall 5 around a bottom wall 4 to be non-continuous without a three-dimensional joint; and the fourth step of separating the product molding die to obtain the transparent resin body including a housing part 23 opened upward. The large-sized transparent resin structure can be constituted from a plurality of divided bodies 10 consisting of the acrylic resin 2. |
