PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sterilized food product with addition of fruity taste original to fruits and/or fruit vegetables, i.e. sweetness, sourness, and flavor in a good balance; and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of heat sterilized food product containing fruits and/or fruit vegetables includes the successive steps of: preparing cooked base material by cooking a mixture of a fermented cereal product, saccharides, and water with heat; and adding fruits and/or fruit vegetables to the cooked base material. |
