摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily constructing an airtight aluminum piping structure having high heat transfer efficiency and pressure-resistant strength, without being limited by a size and a shape of the structure at a construction site.SOLUTION: The construction method of the airtight aluminum piping structure comprises (1) a recoil step of forming an aluminum long flat tube (for example, a multiple hole flat tube) wound in a coil shape into a substantially linear shape by straightening and recoiling the aluminum long flat tube using a straightener in a construction site, (2) a working step of obtaining a flat tube member having the desired length by cutting the flat tube of the substantially linear shape and tip working (siding) and/or bending working the cut flat tube and (3) a brazing step of forming the airtight aluminum piping structure enabling fluid to flow in its inside by joining the flat tube member and a header member by brazing.
