PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device capable of appropriately controlling output of a content which occurs when the posture of the terminal device has been changed.SOLUTION: A posture detection unit detects a postural change in its own device which may take at least a first posture and a second posture. An output control unit performs output control for causing an output unit to output any one of a first content and a second content depending on the postural change detected by the posture detection unit. Then, when a predetermined condition is satisfied, the output control unit suppresses the output control depending on the detected posture.
