PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas turbine system control device and a gas turbine system control method which detect performance deterioration of a plant due to aged deterioration and automatically correct the performance deterioration.SOLUTION: The gas turbine system control device supplies exhaust of a gas turbine combusting fuel with compressed air to a device located at a downstream side thereof through an exhaust duct and controls a fuel amount in a manner that adjusts a gas turbine outlet exhaust temperature to a predetermined value. The gas turbine system control device comprises: an adjustment function section which controls the gas turbine outlet exhaust temperature to the predetermined value; an exhaust temperature correction section which corrects the gas turbine outlet exhaust temperature to be input to the adjustment function section; and a correction condition confirmation section which detects that a temperature difference between the gas turbine outlet exhaust temperature and an inlet exhaust temperature of a downstream device exceeds a predetermined temperature difference. The gas turbine system control device corrects the gas turbine outlet exhaust temperature in a manner that curbs an increase therein to be input to the adjustment function section when the temperature difference exceeds the predetermined temperature difference.
