The present invention relates to an agent for providing security cloud service and to a security key device for security cloud service. According to the present invention, the leakage of a security key can be prevented even if a personal computer is hacked, as personal and corporate data cannot be opened even if a cloud server is hacked and the encryption and decryption of file headers are conducted by a security key processing device. Also, security can be enhanced greatly compared with existing agents as user authentication is conducted by using a password key-derived random value when a session between a user terminal and a security key device is formed.
