The present invention provides a coherent structured illumination imaging method and a coherent structured illumination microscope system. The coherent structured illumination imaging method comprises the steps of: sequentially scanning a hexagonal lattice amplitude structured illumination, formed by a hexagonal lattice pattern, to an object under measurement; measuring raw images frequency down-converted by the hexagonal lattice amplitude structured illuminations; and calculating an object image reconfigured by processing the raw images.
