摘要 <p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a hydraulic rotary percussive drilling device comprising an impact buffering device capable of preventing damage to a percussion device caused by friction by preventing contact between the internal components of the percussion device and a body part; and preventing a mechanical impact to the body part by a hydraulic buffering reaction from a workpiece back to the percussion device. Provided is the hydraulic rotary percussive drilling device comprising the impact buffering device which performs a hydraulic buffering action and is installed to be able to reciprocate in a body part, wherein a percussive piston reciprocates inside the impact buffering device; and a shank rotates at the same time if a high-pressure hydraulic fluid discharged from a first hydraulic pump is supplied through the hydraulic circuits. The hydraulic rotary percussive drilling device further comprises, between the body part and the outer circumferential surface of the impact buffering device, an internally high-pressure chamber which a high pressure is formed by receiving the high-pressure hydraulic fluid discharged from the first hydraulic pump through a high-pressure fluid passage; a second low-pressure chamber inside which a low pressure is formed by being connected with a third low-pressure fluid passage; a second pressure chamber to which the high-pressure hydraulic fluid is supplied or blocked in accordance to a position of the impact buffering device; a first pressure chamber compressed or expanded in accordance to the position of the impact buffering device; and a first low-pressure chamber inside which a low pressure is formed by being connected with the first low-pressure fluid passage. The impact buffering device is disposed inside the body part, and includes: an annular collar unit formed on the center of an outer diameter part protruding outwards; an upper diameter part formed above the collar part and the top end surface of which faces the inner top end of the body part; a lower diameter part formed below the collar part and the bottom end surface of which faces a percussing surface of the shank; and at least one second bypass fluid passage which makes the high-pressure chamber and the second pressure chamber connected with each other if the impact buffering device is moved less than a preset distance during a drilling work, and blocks the connection between the high-pressure chamber and the second pressure chamber if the impact buffering device is moved over the preset distance.</p>
