The present invention relates to a device for a superconducting magnet capable of easily cooling a high-temperature superconductor and a method for manufacturing the superconducting magnet. The device for the superconducting magnet according to the present invention comprises: a bore; at least one bobbin connected to both ends of the bore, a superconductor wound in the bore; and one or more thermal conductors disposed between the wound superconductors in order to cool the superconductor.
