<p>The present invention provides a method to maintain a head block of a scarfing apparatus comprising: a first step of removing foreign substances which remain on the surface of a head block; a second step of removing a bolt and packing of the head block; a third step of assembling the bolt and tapping a bolt tap of the head block; and a forth step of inspecting and packaging the head block. The present invention has an effect of reducing economic costs and extending the service life by maintaining and repairing the head block through a series of steps. Moreover, the present invention has an effect of improving the assembly efficiency of each component of the scarfing apparatus by replacing damaged and modified packing and bolt.</p> |
